Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice: No charge, and you may reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: The session fee is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduling policy, which helps us provide timely and consistent care for all clients.
