About Us
At Well Done, we’re not here to sugarcoat things—or your food. We’re a team of culinary pros, mental health counselors, embodiment practitioners, and coaches who believe real change starts with real work. Around here, we mix fire and flavor with honesty and accountability. We’ll hand you the knife, light the fire, and help you face what’s been holding you back—whether it’s your relationship with food, your emotions, or yourself.
We’re not just therapists and chefs. We’re guides, challengers, and sometimes the people who call you out (with love) when you start making excuses. Each of us brings our own story and skill set to the table: cooking that nourishes body and soul, counseling that gets to the point, and movement practices that help you feel human again.
Culinary Therapy + Family Mediation
Chef Adam brings a unique blend of culinary expertise, mediation experience, and mental health training to his work in culinary therapy. He began his career as a career counsellor in a psychosocial rehabilitation program, where he developed a deep commitment to helping individuals build resilience and regain confidence.
After completing culinary school, Adam immersed himself in the food industry—working alongside both small local restaurants and large enterprises. His journey allowed him to learn from renowned chefs including Michael Smith, Jacques Pépin, and Andrew Zimmern. He also co-hosted two Rogers TV programs, Big Flavour Lite and Bouncing Back, sharing his passion for food and wellness with a broader audience.
Alongside his culinary path, Adam spent over a decade in the corporate world as a mediator for Fortune 1000 companies, applying his diploma in mediation to resolve complex conflicts with empathy and clarity. He later served as Vice President of the Board for the Kitchener Community Kitchen Co-Op, advocating for community access to food and culinary education.
Currently, Adam is pursuing his Master’s in Counselling Psychology, with a focus on integrating food, mindfulness, and therapeutic practices into holistic approaches to mental health. At Well Done, he is excited to work with individuals and families at the intersection of cuisine and mental health—using cooking and counselling as tools for healing, self-discovery, and connection.

Yoga Therapy, Embodiment, Nutrition
Jenn brings a multidisciplinary background in yoga therapy, nutrition, and humanitarian services to her work in integrative health and wellness. With expertise in embodiment practices, mindfulness, and digestive health, she helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, heal from within, and build sustainable foundations for long-term wellbeing.
Jenn holds a PhD in Humanitarian Services and a Bachelor of Science, giving her a unique perspective on the intersection of health, resilience, and social care. She has written three journal-style books that guide readers through mindful healing practices, blending yoga therapy, nutrition, and self-reflection into practical tools for everyday life.
Her journey into the health field was shaped by her own experience with celiac disease, which deepened her understanding of the challenges faced by those living with chronic conditions and dietary restrictions. This personal experience inspired her to specialize in gastrointestinal health, trauma-informed yoga therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR).
In addition to private coaching and clinical work, Jenn leads workshops and webinars on topics such as stress and nutrition, mindful eating, blood sugar balance, and gluten-free living. She is also the founder and editor of a gastrointestinal health magazine, curating stories and resources that empower individuals navigating digestive health challenges.
At Well Done Therapies, Jenn integrates movement, mindfulness, and nutrition to support individuals and families in creating balance, resilience, and joy—both at the table and beyond.
